Enjoy your holiday in our newly renovated apartment with a sea view, where you will feel at home. The apartment is only 200m from the sea and 500m from the beach, close to several shops, restaurants and bars. No need for a car here, everything is within reach! In the surroundings you will find everything you need to spend a pleasant holiday. There are several beautiful beaches, a coastal promenade with amazing views of the coast, with a children's playground and sports field, several golf courses and cycle paths. Good accessibility from Alicante or Murcia airport (50km).
Apartment equipment
The apartment has 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and comfortable beds, 1 bathroom with a washing machine, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a fridge with a freezer, a toaster, a coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave oven, a dining table for up to 6 people, a large living room with a sofa bed, smart TV and balcony with sea view. We will prepare a cot upon request. The apartment is maintained to a high standard and is equipped with air conditioning/heating and ceiling fans. A high-quality WI-FI 5G internet connection is available throughout the apartment.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor. The building has an elevator and underground parking. There is a swimming pool with free sunbeds. The apartment is renovated, furnished with new furniture.
For your convenience, there are also 2 umbrellas and beach chairs, beach towels, a cooling bag and plastic dishes.
Beaches and golf
The apartment is located in a privileged area known as Orihuela Costa. The nearest beach, La Caleta, is 500m from the apartment and you can easily reach it on foot. There are several other beaches in the area, Aguamarina, La Glea, La Capitana, Zenia, all with fine sand, turquoise water and a gradual entrance to the sea. There are beach bars and restaurants on the beaches. The coastal promenade with a cycle path and beautiful views of the coast and red cliffs is 200m from the apartment.
There are several well-known golf courses in the vicinity, so you can spend your stay here enjoying sports even in the spring and winter months. Villamartin Golf, Campoamor Golf, Las Ramblas, Las Colinas, Lo Romero and 30 other courses nearby.
Shopping and entertainment
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment is the supermarket Evropa and several other shops, restaurants and bars. Supermarket Consum is 500m away. On the ground floor of the house there is a pharmacy and a Cuban bar with excellent cocktails. Every Thursday there is a market with fresh fruit and vegetables. The modern La Zenia Boulevard shopping center with many cafes, shops and restaurants is 3 km from the apartment. There is a lot of fun for children and adults.
There is also a 24/7 pharmacy, a dental and medical emergency right down the street (towards Consum)
We also recommend visiting Alicante, Cartagena, Murcia, Torrevieja, the nearby Mar Menor coast with its famous mud baths, the thermal pools in Fortuna and more...

Surroundings
The Orihuela Costa area offers plenty of entertainment and sports all year round. Even in winter, you can warm up on the beach, the temperature often rises above 20°C, and on such days the beaches are full. A beautiful promenade runs around the entire coast of Cabo Roig with breathtaking views of the sea and red cliffs. The coast is lined with cycle paths, and cycle trips inland along the canal via Villamartin to San Miguel de Salinas are also popular. From autumn to summer, the weather is also favorable for golfers. There are more than 30 golf courses in the vicinity. Lovers of good food and drink here have a large selection of all types and levels of restaurants, bistros and bars. There are also fitness centers and beauty salons for ladies with very favorable prices. Cabo Roig is one of those places where it lives all year round and you will definitely not get bored here!

Availability calendar
Payment and cancellation conditions
After filling out the reservation form, we will send a confirmation of the date with a payment schedule. The entire stay must be paid no later than 1 month in advance. If you book your stay less than a month in advance, the payment is due immediately!
The reservation deposit for booking a date is €200. If the date is canceled more than a month before departure, 100¨% of the amount paid is returned.
Instructions and other fees
You will receive check-in instructions no later than a week before the date of your stay.
For stays of less than 7 nights, a fee for cleaning the apartment of €70 must be paid - payable on site!
A refundable deposit of €200 (£170) will be required upon check-in. This will be returned at the end of the stay if there is no damage to the equipment.
Transfer from the airport €70/1 way must be ordered in advance (max 5 people, 2x child seats)
